This is a practice piece for a kinetic sculpture idea that I've been working on. I am thinking of ways to make my drawings and paintings move. Hopefully I will be able to make something similar to this on a larger scale with several moving parts which shift in different ways. In the final version I will use motor systems to drive the movement. Hopefully I will be able to program the motors with data taken from statistics about food. The data will then be represented by the movement of the drawing or painting. Tricky stuff.
